Benefits of a ManagedCloud
Efficiency You Need
Running your environment efficiently is an evolving problem which takes strategy and expertise. It’s critical to monitor your costs, tag your infrastructure appropriately, actively manage it, and ensure you’re architected in a way to maximize your performance while minimizing your overhead. With our FinOps and InfraOps support, you’ll get experts trained to do exactly that.
Your Industry’s Best Practices
Our teams work with some of the largest AWS environments in every industry. We understand not only best practices for AWS itself, but for industry-specific needs, like compliance, governance, monitoring, logging, containerizing, and the architectures that make all of these possible. We’ve worked with hundreds of customers across thousands of deployments to help their environments scale and perform.
Support You Can Trust
Our 24/7 support is backed by Enterprise SLAs and AWS itself. This means that when an issue arises, or a critical service goes down, you’re not on your own for figuring out a fix. With live chat and ticketing, you get responses in minutes, so you can get back up and running without losing customers or breaching a secure system.
Peace of Mind
How do you know if you’ve made the right choices for your long-term growth? What about keeping your environment secure or meeting a compliance benchmark? With our experts alongside you every step of the way, you can have confidence that you’re aligned to best practices, secure, and designed for the scale you need.

“The relationship that we have with Mission is that they know my roadmap and see what's most important to me. We've had very candid conversations like, 'I'm in cost savings mode, what can you do to help me hit my target?' And that's where the great partnership comes in.”
What cloud managed services does Mission offer?
Mission has two managed services: Mission Cloud Foundation and Mission Cloud One. Mission Cloud Foundation is our service for foundational best practices, optimization, and cloud governance. Mission Cloud One is our comprehensive service for operations, optimization, and security.
When should a business leverage cloud managed services?
If you’re busy scaling your business or find that operations is becoming a drag on your team’s focus or performance, it’s probably time to consider handing off the management of your environment to a dedicated team. 50% of organizations on AWS say they’re losing time on strategic initiatives because of operational overhead—if that’s you, it’s time to consider a managed service provider.
What activities are included in cloud managed services?
We provide you with FinOps and InfraOps support for the optimization and performance of your environment. This team of Cloud Analysts meets with you regularly to discuss opportunities for modernization and savings as well as performance concerns. You also get a 24/7 CloudOps team for technical troubleshooting and incidents. This team helps you diagnose issues, fix outages, and repair services in real-time.
What activities are NOT included in cloud managed services?
Managed services manage your existing infrastructure but won’t design or implement infrastructure for you. If you’re interested in changing how your architecture or operations work, like moving to containers, designing for serverless, or decoupling with microservices, our Professional Services teams can help you.
What tooling does Mission provide with its cloud managed services?
With all of our managed services you get Mission Control, our proprietary cloud services platform, and Vega Cloud. With Cloud One, we expand your tooling to include New Relic One and Alert Logic Professional. All tools are managed for you—we help you configure and tune their alerting—and we analyze and combine their reporting to give you a comprehensive view of your environment.
