Accountability and Action
At the core of accountability are reliability, personal responsibility, and urgency. We take ownership of our work and aim to correct mistakes to the best of our abilities. Taking ownership is about taking the initiative and doing the right thing. It’s about taking responsibility for results and not assuming it’s someone else’s responsibility. When team members consistently demonstrate ownership and accountability, trust is formed and that’s the secret to high-performing teams.
Strive for Excellence
We love the energy and creativity we feel when kicking off a project, and we recognize that this unique chemistry of intention, aspiration, and people coming together with a common goal is the fuel for long-term success. So we strive to make every day like the first - with high energy, focus, great listening, and a can-do attitude.
Embrace Life
Having fun and being professional can go hand in hand, so we encourage our team to enjoy the journey! Mission embraces life at work, at home, and in our communities.
Be Inclusive
We are committed to diversity and inclusion. We value every individual’s unique story, experience, and perspective. We strive to amplify the voices of our team members, community, and stakeholders to create a safe, empathetic, and inclusive environment where everyone can contribute one’s authentic self.
